SHIPPING

We ship world wide. If you live in a remote place which incurs extra costs other than what is stated in your checkout basket, we will contact you for additional funds which will be required to send.

Damages

If your package is damaged in transit please send us a message via the contact page and we will do our best to assist. We do the best we can to package your prints up in a way that they will arrive safely. If your print arrives damaged you may be entitled to compensation from Australia Post. If you would like to purchase extra insurance from Australia Post, please contact us before placing your order. Once your order has arrived safely in your hands, any rips, bends and damages are not the responsibility of BIBI ANA + CO, so please be careful when unwrapping your order. 

Packaging

Your packaging depends on the size print. For larger prints we carefully flat pack your print or send it via a sturdy tube. We roll your print in brown paper, please be careful when un-wrapping that you do not rip the brown paper as your print may be damaged also.

If you have ordered a variety of sizes you may receive seperate packages. In that case you will receive a tracking number for each parcel sent. Please check your emails for tracking notifications.

Framing

We have a local framer we prefer to use. His details can be found under framing.

Do you do custom prints?

Yes we can offer custom prints. Just send us a message via the contact page.

Colours

Please note sometimes the colours of the print slightly differ to what is displayed on your screen.
